ROI Factory – How We Work With You

In order to help you get started, we break our process down into three phases.  This helps ensure that we stay in synch throughout the process with frequent opportunities to ensure that we’re both on the same page.

Phase 1 -- Input Briefing

We work with you to get a clear understanding of your business, your challenges, and your objectives. We’ll discuss your budgets and goals, your sales process, customer and prospect databases, sales, competitors, and any ongoing marketing activities.  We’ll do our own additional research to validate and challenge your thinking, then review the Input Document(s) with you and outline the types of programs appropriate for achieving your objectives.

Phase 2 – Program Recommendation(s)

Working from the Input Document, ROI Factory develops recommendations for programs to achieve your objectives.  Proposals detail specific deliverables, costs, and timing and can include activities such as:

o   Search Engine Marketing, including Keyword Analysis and Optimization

o   Website Visitor Analysis and Optimization

o   Email and Newsletter Marketing Programs

o   Prospect and Customer Database Analysis and Recommendations

o   Automated Marketing Programs

o   Marketing Expenditure Return on Investment Analysis and Optimization Recommendations

We’ll review and discuss the recommendations with you and refine them based on your feedback.  We will agree on the prioritization of objectives, proposals, and associated fees and expenses as well as expected delivery dates.  ROI Factory will provide you with a formal estimate for your approval prior to implementation. 

Phase 3 –Implementation, Reporting, and Analysis

We’ll work from the approved program recommendations to begin implementation.  We’ll provide you with bi-weekly status reports detailing deliverables and results.  We will have a conference call or meeting at least once a month to review the status and results of the programs, their return on investment, and to discuss any proposed revisions to the programs.   Costs will be outlined for your approval before we begin, and vary based on scope and duration of engagement.
