You told us SEO is your biggest growth constraint, and the data agrees. [Client] ranks for 228 organic keywords (Search Atlas, September 2026), down from 299 in July 2026. About 75% of estimated organic visits (161 of 214 a month) come from people who already typed your name, such as "[brand name]" (#1) and "[brand name]" (#1). Only 19 keywords rank in the top 10, and 79 sit between positions 51 and 100.
Much of what you do rank for is name collision, not category demand: "ops os" (#22), "ops systems" (#37), "chat ops" (#57), "stop ops" (#26). SpyFu's closest organic "competitors" to [client].com are openops.com, activeops.com and xops.io, not wrike.com, trello.com or clickup.com. Google currently reads you as an "ops" brand more than a task-management or collaboration product.
The good news is that there is real footing to build on. One blog post (/blog/top-10-task-management-tools/) already ranks on page 2-3 for "task management tools" (#26, 1,300/mo), "task tracking tools" (#28, 1,300/mo) and "task management tool" (#23). Your context-switching article holds #1 for "cost of context switching" and #5 for "context shifting". Problem-led content works for you; there just isn't much of it yet, and some of it is split across duplicate URLs.
Paid search won't be a cheap fix. Search Atlas puts "task management" at $32.66 per click, "project management software" at $32.70 and "pm tool online" at $66.81. ClickUp holds the #1 ad for "task management" and bids on 3,289 non-branded keywords. At those prices, the $5,000 a month you told us you spend on ads buys roughly 150-170 clicks on head terms. That makes organic rankings on mid-funnel terms, templates and problem content the more efficient lever: consolidate the duplicate pages, push the page-2 task-management rankings onto page 1, and build the template and comparison content your competitors win with.
[Client] is already on page 2-3 for its most valuable category terms: "task management tool" (#23), "task management tools" (#26, 1,300/mo) and "task tracking tools" (#28, 1,300/mo), all from one post, /blog/top-10-task-management-tools/. That post is indexed under two URLs (with and without a trailing slash), splitting its rankings. Consolidating and strengthening it is the fastest organic win available.
Problem-led content already ranks: the context-switching article holds #1 for "cost of context switching" and #5 for "context shifting". But it also lives at three URLs (/blog/the-hidden-cost-of-context-switching, the same path with a trailing slash, and /cb-articles/the-hidden-cost-of-context-switching-cc4za). Only 19 of 228 keywords rank in the top 10, so the model works; it needs more pieces and one canonical URL each.
Wrike, Trello and ClickUp all rank for 211 keywords that [client].com doesn't, and templates and boards lead the list: "scrum board" (2,400/mo), "okr template" (880/mo), "kanban board template" (720/mo), "project task template" (480/mo), "sprint retrospective template" (390/mo). [Client] has an AI prompt library but no template gallery competing for these searches.
Paid search is expensive in this category: "task management" is $32.66 per click, "project management software" $32.70 and "pm tool online" $66.81 (Search Atlas). ClickUp holds the #1 ad for "task management" and bids on 3,289 non-branded terms, including rival names like "trello", "monday" and "asana". Wrike bids on 511, including "project management tools" and "smartsheet". At these prices, organic rankings are the cheaper lever.
[client].com has 641 referring domains, but the largest sources are directories: businesslocal.com.au (2,274 links, nofollow) and bedirectory.com (1,150 links). The strongest domain is zendesk.com (authority 79). Links from review, comparison and "best task management tools" roundups would do more for rankings than more directory volume.
Radar 360Areas we cover in your Radar 360 Analysis, using your own marketing accounts.
| # | Area | Finding | Priority |
|---|---|---|---|
| 1 | 1. Analytics & TrackingCan you see where visitors and customers come from? | Part of your Radar 360 Analysis: we review your analytics account to confirm every visit, signup and sale is counted and credited to the right source. | Radar 360 |
| 2 | 2. Tracking PixelsDo your ad platforms know when an ad leads to a signup? | Part of your Radar 360 Analysis: we check inside your ad accounts that every signup and booked call is reported back, so ad money goes to what works. | Radar 360 |
| 3 | 3. Website Content DepthIs there enough on your site for Google to send you visitors? | 61 URLs earn organic rankings, and the homepage carries 86 of the 228 keywords. Non-homepage traffic comes mostly from two posts: /blog/top-10-task-management-tools/ and the context-switching article. Beyond those, the site has little content aimed at category searches like "task management software" or "team collaboration tools". | High |
| 4 | 4. Conversion ArchitectureHow easily a visitor can become a lead or customer | Clear self-serve path: "Get Started" and a 14-day free trial with no credit card on every plan (Standard $10, Professional $18, Business $25 per user per month; Enterprise custom). The pricing page had no demo-booking option, which Business-plan buyers (20-seat minimum) often expect. | Medium |
| 5 | 5. SEO — Organic FootprintHow often you show up in Google's free results | 228 ranking keywords (Search Atlas, Sept 2026), down from 299 in July 2026. About 75% of est. organic visits are branded ("[brand name]" #1, "[brand name]" #1). 7 keywords in the top 3, 12 in positions 4-10, 79 in positions 51-100. Much of the non-branded footprint is "ops" name collision ("ops os" #22, "ops systems" #37) rather than category terms. | Critical |
| 6 | 6. Competitive Tag CoverageWho is buying Google ads in your space | SpyFu shows [client].com appears to be running paid search (ads seen since December 2025). Only one paid competitor clears the 20-shared-term threshold: workzone.com (20 shared terms). Search Atlas shows no paid keywords for [client].com, so the two data sources disagree on coverage. Among named competitors, clickup.com bids on 3,289 non-branded terms and wrike.com on 511; trello.com shows no paid-search data. | Medium |
| 7 | 7. LinkedIn Company PageYour company's presence on LinkedIn | The [Client] company page has about 672 followers. Co-founder [name] is posting product news (the Agent Users launch), which is a good base for thought leadership, but company-page reach is small. | Low |
| 8 | 8. Messaging ArchitectureDoes your site say what buyers are searching for? | The homepage leads with "Where Humans and Agents Work Together" (Agent Users), while page titles still say "All-in-One Team Collaboration & Project Management Software". Organic demand sits in the task-management category, so the AI-agent story and the category terms buyers search for aren't yet tied together on the pages that rank. | Medium |
| 9 | 9. Technical SEO FoundationCan Google read and rank your site properly? | Holistic SEO score 33/100, but only the content pillar (33) had real data. Technical, authority and UX came back empty because no site audit exists, so treat the score with caution. There is a concrete duplicate-URL problem: /blog/top-10-task-management-tools ranks under both trailing-slash variants, and the context-switching article lives at three URLs, splitting ranking signals. | High |
| 10 | 10. Content StrategyAre you publishing what your buyers look for? | Problem-led content ranks: #1 for "cost of context switching", #5 for "context shifting". Missing: the template and board content competitors win with ("scrum board" 2,400/mo, "okr template" 880/mo, "kanban board template" 720/mo) and category pages for high-value terms like "task management" (90,500/mo, $32.66 CPC). | Critical |
| 11 | 11. Email & CRM InfrastructureCan you capture and follow up with interested visitors? | No newsletter or content-capture form found on the pages reviewed. Trial signup is the only capture point, so blog and prompt-library visitors who aren't ready to try have nowhere to go. | Medium |
| 12 | 12. Competitive IntelligenceHow you compare with competitors in search | Keywords [client].com shares with each competitor: wrike.com 38, trello.com 2, clickup.com 38, asana.com 52, monday.com 33. Keywords each ranks for that [Client] doesn't: wrike.com 55,678, trello.com 5,715, clickup.com 139,729, asana.com 99,184, monday.com 75,030. 211 keywords are ranked by all three named competitors but not by [Client], led by "agenda of the meeting template" (14,800/mo) and "scrum board" (2,400/mo). | High |
| 13 | 13. Brand & Asset DocumentationReviews, proof and brand materials that build trust | Strong third-party proof on the homepage: Capterra 4.6 with Best Ease of Use and Best Value 2026 badges, GetApp Category Leaders 2025, and Software Advice Best Customer Support 2025. The founders' Jobvite background is documented on the team page. | Low |
These are 25 Google searches your buyers make, about 303,320 searches a month combined. 12 are searches where your competitors show up and you don't; the rest are searches where you already appear, just below the top results.
We estimate clicks conservatively for a growing site: 10% of searches for easy terms (or ones you already rank top 3 for), 3% for medium terms (or top 10), and 0.5% for hard ones. That's roughly 1,533 visits a month. Buying those same visits as Google ads would cost about $45,752 a month, which is what ranking for them is worth to you.
