ROI Factory ("ROI Factory," "we," "us," or "our") is a marketing engineering consultancy operated by Michael McMahon. This policy also covers QuickOps, our fixed-price marketing execution service, where data is collected through roifactory.com or shared ROI Factory / QuickOps systems. This policy explains what personal information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.
Our business is data-driven. As a general rule, if you enter something in the site, assume we are collecting it and using it to improve our business and yours.
We collect information you provide directly to us, such as when you fill out our ROI Factory Radar - Competitive Analysis & Opportunities form or our "Ask a Question" form. This may include your name, email address, company name, website, monthly marketing spend, and any details you share about your business or questions.
If you use a Keyword Mission Control plan or another ROI Factory client page, we save the changes you make there (such as your budget, keyword and bid choices) and a copy of any file you download for Google Ads, so we can review your plan with you.
We also collect certain information automatically when you visit our site, including IP address, browser and device information, pages viewed, and general browsing behavior, through analytics and advertising tools such as Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Meta (Facebook) Pixel, LinkedIn Insight Tag, and PageSense. If you use our live chat widget, we collect the information you provide during that conversation.
We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
We share information with service providers who help us operate our business — including our CRM (Zoho), our website host (Netlify), analytics and advertising platforms (Google, Meta, LinkedIn, Reddit, etc...), and live chat provider (Zoho SalesIQ) — solely to help us provide and improve our services. We may also disclose information if required by law, to protect our rights, or in connection with a business transfer (such as a merger or acquisition).
Our site uses cookies and similar tracking technologies to understand site usage and improve your experience. You can control cookies through your browser settings; note that disabling cookies may affect site functionality.
We use Cloudflare Turnstile to protect our forms from automated abuse. To tell real visitors from bots, Turnstile collects information about your browser and device and may set a cookie. Its use of that information is governed by the Cloudflare Turnstile Privacy Policy.
When you open a private link to your Keyword Mission Control plan, we set a cookie so that browser can reopen your plan without the link. Your browser also keeps a copy of your plan changes. Neither is used for advertising.
Depending on your location, you may have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information, to object to or restrict certain processing, and to request a copy of your data in a portable format. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at the email below.
Our site is not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16.
